Uk Lingerie Awards 2013

Uk Lingerie Awards 2013

It’s fast become one of the most hotly anticipated nights in the lingerie industry calendar, and the UK Lingerie Awards never fails to disappoint. Hosted this year in a new venue, the Freemason’s Hall in Covent Garden, the awards were every inch the red carpeted, glitzy, celeb-littered event of previous years. It’s one of the few events where you can wear a bra as a legitimate item of clothing, so of course.

I took advantage and wore Curvy Kate’s starlet underneath a sheer lace top which I picked up for a bargainous £8 from my local TK Maxx. Amazingly, I wasn’t the only one rocking this trend, as I spotted at least three others sporting their bras underneath a completely see-through lace or mesh top. Coming to a nightclub near you?
