Just imagine; it’s 6am, and you’re waking up on a freezing December morning – you can see your own breath in the room and the thought of leaving your duvet seems about as appealing as swimming with piranhas. Continue reading “Behind the Scenes at The IIYC Parfait by Affinitas Shoot”
Last month I was lucky enough to be invited to one of the hottest UK lingerie events: The Cosmopolitan Lingerie Show.
This was the first year I’d ever been to the event, and after keenly following blog posts and social media after the event for quite a few years now, it was amazing to be there and wrapped up in this super-glam celebration of lingerie. Well it’s been a little while now and I’ve been wearing this baby in order to test it out for you guys, and I feel like I’m finally ready to give my two cents. Continue reading “Triumph Magic Wire: Bra Review”
I’ve been of the opinion, until now, that Pour Moi were the best thing since sliced bread, and without doubt my favourite inexpensive full cup lingerie brand.

On Tuesday I was invited along to the Old Town Hall in Chelsea for Calico PR’s Catwalk Edit, where they showcased the brands they represent’s latest collections and gave both brands, press and PRs a chance to network and introduce themselves.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable day, enjoyed seeing some old faces and some new, but best of all made some pretty exciting brand discoveries for both regular and fuller cup. Continue reading “#LFW Catwalk Edit”
Cleo are, for me, a pretty failsafe brand and I tend to find that most of their items fit me pretty well (with quite a few achieving pretty impressive scores in their reviews!).
It wasn’t until Cleo’s Meg got a pretty lacklustre 7/10 that I started to doubt in Cleo’s flawlessness. I was especially disappointed as the Meg style became the base for many beautiful colourways – often some of my favourite styles from each Cleo collection. Yesterday I was lucky enough to be invited to attend the press preview of Triumph Lingerie’s latest innovation: the Magic Wire.
Here at Invest In Your Chest we love a bit of lingerie fashion and a cute print, but what we love even more is bra technology and innovation. Continue reading “Triumph #MagicWire Press Launch”
Moda time is one of my favourite times of year. There’s nothing I love more than popping around the stalls and seeing what my favourite brands have to offer in the coming seasons – or even better – finding a new favourite brand to drool over!
This year was no different, with a fair few ‘must haves’ from the likes of Gossard, Tutti Rouge, Freya, Panache and more. Continue reading “Moda: Lingerie Trend Report Autumn/Winter 2014”
Not only is it vitally important that you hand wash your bras correctly to preserve their life, how you store them can also massively impact how long your bras last and how they keep their shape. Continue reading “How I protect and organise my lingerie collection for £2”
