…it’s an M&S silk chemise. Designed by Rosie Huntington Whiteley no less. So I may not look like a supermodel in it (boo hiss!), but if you’ve left your Christmas shopping a little late and are looking for something special for the lady in your life but have no idea where to start, it might be worth popping down to your local Marks & Sparks.
I have to admit, this was one of the most fun blog posts I’ve written in a long time. It basically consisted of online shopping, but without the budget or guilt. Best thing ever! I’ve simply put together the top 10 bras that I would pick if I were to ask for lingerie for Christmas. You may not agree with my choices, but it may give you some ideas of what to ask Santa for, or even what to pick up for your significant other.
Our very own Becky has reviewed the Parfait by Affinitas Charlotte set before here, but after reading how she found the band sizes extremely snug – to the point where she’d consider upping a band size to a 32G (and therefore a cup size too) I thought that perhaps my luck would be in and I could ‘get away’ with wearing a 30 band despite usually preferring a 28 band – so I thought I’d write my own review on the set as I’ve certainly a word or two to say!
At this time of year you tend to hear a lot about what people intend to wear for their Christmas Eve night out/Christmas party/New Year’s Eve bash – but what about what you’re going to snuggle into on Christmas Eve to watch The Snowman? What you’re going to wake up in and run down to get (ahem, give) your presents and eat the biggest roast dinner of the whole year? It’s a tough job but one that was thankfully answered for me earlier this month in the form of a soft-as-kitten’s breath mini dressing gown and a pyjama set adorned with an entire flock of pretty pets. That’s right, it could only be the Ingrid Freya Lounge set.
As if we haven’t been treated to enough Christmas give aways this holiday season, Freya have announced their very own Christmas give away where you can win a set of Freya every day until Christmas simply by answering the daily questions dotted around their newsletter, Facebook and Twitter. It’s like a seasonally confused Easter egg hunt! Enjoy and good luck!

One of our favourite luxury online lingerie retailers Figleaves has teamed up with the whizz kids at SaveMe4Later, creating the first interactive advertising campaign featuring Figleaves’ products on adverts in the London Underground, set to launch tommorow, Monday 28th November 2011. SaveMe4Later introduces its complicated and very impressive techno-savvy technology which uses phone scanners on the underground via an offline saving capability.
Last weekend I went to the Freya fitting event in Selfridges and it got me thinking about what I want for Christmas (I’d tell you what I’m getting other but that would be telling!) With exactly one month to go until the big day, here is my top 5 wish list from the current and upcoming Autumn/Winter 2011 season:
