Freya ‘Sophia’: Bra Review

This is a bra which instantly caught my eye as it reminded me of the Fantasie ‘Simone’ bra which I loved but is unavailable in a 28 back.

I’ve got a bit of a things for stripes and pin stripes so when Freya released the ‘Sophia’ I was all over it like a rash. Well, maybe be not a rash… something a bit nicer than that. Anyway, I loved it.

When my Sophia arrived from bra retailer Lembrassa, I was delighted. The 28FF in this bra fits like a dream. The pink, cream and grey colour scheme is really unique and different – it really stands out to me.

The fit of this bra reminds me of the ‘Jessica’ bra which has been released in multiple colours in the past few years – a bra which I have loved and own in the black and red colourways.

Incidentally, two of my favourite and best-fitting bras – both of which I also have in an FF cup.

One thing which I found (which I personally didn’t mind but others may be put off by) was the large sheer panel which is low enough to show some nipple (see photo above for my wonderfully edited dignity – thanks Microsoft Paint!). Not everyone will experience this but definitely something to bear in mind!

The straps of this bra have the gorgeous pin stripe material running up it which adds a really special feel to the bra – always love a bra strap which is pretty enough to show off! The pink embroidered hearts and bows may not be to everybody’s taste but I LOVE it. So pretty!
